5. Discreet Service

Contact us before initiating any payment dispute — we resolve all legitimate concerns within 1–2 business days. Confirmed fraudulent chargebacks are reported to payment networks and law enforcement where appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dark Fantasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
