At Dark Fantasy, we stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable once opened:

  • Intimate toys removed from sealed packaging
  • Lubricants, candles, and consumables that have been opened or used
  • Worn or washed garments or underwear
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

Defective or Damaged Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We provide a free return label and your choice of full refund, replacement, or store credit at no cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns

Contact us within 30 days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@darkfantasy.com with your order number and reason
  2. We respond within 1–2 business days with instructions
  3. Ship the item back per our instructions
  4. Refund or exchange processed within 3–5 business days of receipt

Refund Timeline

  • Credit/debit card: 5–10 business days
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days
  • Afterpay: Remaining instalments cancelled per Afterpay's schedule
  • Store credit: Issued instantly

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, wait 2 business days, check with neighbours, then contact us. We will reship or refund in full at no charge.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve all legitimate concerns within 1–2 business days. Fraudulent chargebacks are reported to payment networks and, where appropriate, law enforcement.
