Every order from Dark Fantasy ships in plain, discreet packaging — your privacy is our first priority.

Discreet Packaging — Always

All orders ship in a plain, unmarked outer box or mailer with no reference to Dark Fantasy or the nature of the contents. The sender name on your label will read "DF Holdings". Your bank statement will show a neutral descriptor.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email once dispatched. During peak periods (Valentine's Day, Black Friday), processing may take up to 2 business days.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS): $7.99 — estimated 4–7 business days
  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders $99 and over — estimated 4–7 business days
  • Expedited (UPS 2-Day): Calculated at checkout — 2 business days
  • Overnight (UPS Next Day Air): Calculated at checkout — next business day

International Shipping

We ship to 25+ countries worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. All packages are declared as "personal care accessories" — we cannot mark parcels as gifts or under-declare values.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. If you haven't received it within 2 business days, check your spam folder before contacting us.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package: wait 2 business days, check with neighbours and building reception, then contact us. We will open a carrier investigation and reship or refund in full at no charge.

PO Boxes

We ship to PO Boxes via USPS for standard shipping. Expedited UPS/FedEx services require a physical street address.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your address before ordering. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address. Contact us immediately if you spot an error — we can often correct it before dispatch.
