We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we make returns straightforward and respectful of your privacy.

Eligible for Return

• ✅ Unused items in original, sealed packaging
• ✅ Within 30 days of delivery date
• ✅ All accessories and lubricants (unopened)

Not Eligible for Return

• ❌ Opened or used intimate devices (for hygiene reasons)
• ❌ Items returned after 30 days
• ❌ Items not in original packaging

Defective Products — Full Warranty

All Lovense products carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your device develops a fault within 12 months of purchase:

1. Contact us at support@maison.com
2. We'll diagnose the issue with you
3. If confirmed defective, we'll ship a replacement immediately
4. No need to return the defective unit for most claims

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email returns@maison.com with your order number
2. We'll respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label (US only)
3. Pack the item in its original packaging
4. Drop off at any USPS location
5. Refund processed within 3–5 business days of receipt

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time: 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item. You'll receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
